I am a solo practice. Each appointment is intentionally reserved This affects myself as well as other clients. So dont be rude, give me as much notice as can.
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to a 0% service fee.

PRE-APPOINTMENT POLICIES:
To ensure safe and effective results,
• Please avoid Botox or injectable treatments within two weeks of any facial.
• Refrain from AHA/BHA retinoids or other exfoliating/active products for 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment unless otherwise instructed.
• Services may be modified or rescheduled if pre-care guidelines are not followed.
